Kogi State Poly New School Fees Payment & Registration Guidelines


The Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja has released the new fees payment and registration procedures for both new and returning students for the 2017/2018 academic session.

All Returning and newly admitted Students should read and follow the procedures below to pay their fees and register online;

1. To Check Admission Status and Print Admission Letter;
       A. All HND and Pre-ND Candidates who filled application forms should first Check their admission status, Click Applicant Login


  • Type your application username and password
  • Click 'Log in'
  • Click 'Check Admission Status'
  • If your application is 'successful', Click 'Print Admission Letter'
  • Click 'Preview' to view your admission letter
  • Print a hard copy of the Admission Letter (Preferably in coloured)

        However, candidates who have forgotten their username or password should Click View Admission Letter

  • Type your Application Number exactly as it appears on your application forms
  • Click 'Preview' to view your admission letter
  • Print a hard copy of the Admission Letter

        B. UTME Candidates should Click View Admission Lists
      Search for your name on the list by selecting the relevant Programme and Course. If your name is on the list,
      Click View Admission Letter

  • Type your UTME Registration Number exactly as it appears on your UTME slip
  • Click 'Preview' to view your admission letter
  • Print a hard copy of the Admission Letter (Preferably in coloured) and report at the Department to obtain your Clearance code

2. Attention; All Students

              To Pay your School fees online,
  • Ensure that you have sufficient money in your bank account
  • The bank account must have a valid ATM Card 

        A. Year II Students;
            Click Login and Pay Here

  • Type your Matric Number and password
  • Click Login
  • If you have made payment before, you will be directed to the Student Control Centre
  • Otherwise Click 'Proceed To Payment Platform'
  • Click Generate Remita Payment Reference (RRR)
  • Read the information displayed and do not proceed if the information is incorrect
  • Write down the displayed RRR number and keep safe
  • Click 'Pay Now With Internet Banking'
  • Follow the instructions displayed to continue the payment
  • Supply your ATM Card information
  • Type the Card Number and Security Code(last three digits at the back of the card)
  • You may be required to type activation code(to be obtained from your bank)
  • Complete the payment process and print your Receipt if the payment is successful
        B. Year I Students - Newly Admitted
                   Click Login and Pay Here
  • Click 'CREATE AN ACCOUNT'
  • Type your UTME/Application Number, Phone number, E-mail
  • Choose password of your choice and re-enter the password to confirm it
  • Click 'Sign Up'

  • On the new page, Type your UTME/Application Number and password
  • Type your Matric Number and password
    • Click Login
    • If you have made payment before, you will be directed to the Student Control Centre
    • Otherwise Click 'Proceed To Payment Platform'
    • Click Generate Remita Payment Reference (RRR)
    • Write down the displayed RRR number and keep safe
    • Click 'Pay Now With Internet Banking'
    • Follow the instructions displayed to continue the payment
    • Supply your ATM Card information
    • Type the Card Number and Security Code(last three digits at the back of the card)
    • You may be required to type activation code(to be obtained from your bank)
    • Complete the payment process and print your Receipt if the payment is successful
    3. To Print your Course Registration Forms,
             Click Student Login



    • Type your Mat. No.(UTME No. or Application No. for New Students) and password
    • Click 'Login'
    • Click First Semester Course Registration
    • Fill all necessary information
    • Check the last small box to 'Agree' with the Terms and Conditions
    • Click Submit
    • Click Print Course Form to view your Registration details
    • Print a copy of the Course Registration Form
    • Take note of your New Matric Number and list of Courses to be offered on the Course Forms
    Make three(3) more copies of the Course Forms to be submitted at your Department and Students Services
    N.B
    a. Donot visit the Remita website directly to generate the RRR number, only the first RRR number generated through the school portal will be valid
    b. You can not pay directly into the school account at the bank without the RRR number
    c. Write down the generated RRR number displayed during payment
    d. While using your ATM Card for the online payment, ensure that you have sufficient money in your  account 



    e. You can go to most commercial bank with the RRR number to make payment
    f. Do not delete the bank Debit SMS alert from your phone

    g. Do not reveal your ATM card PIN/Code to anyone
