Job Title: Project and Performance Management Officer

Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance management process and policies for the organization in line with corporate and employees key performance indicators.
  • Develop performance scorecard for the organization and employees and monitor implementation.
  • Responsible for managing organizational projects, track resources and costs.
  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the time allotted for projects and ensures timely delivery.
  • Review performance levels and outputs against the defined targets to sustain a high performing company.

Required Competencies
  • A university degree
  • 8 years post NYSC work experience in similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Higher qualification or professional certification in project management is required
  • Broad experience and knowledge in tracking performance and project
  • Time management and organizational skills
N6, 000,000.00 per annum
